Dangers of cooking with oil

There’s so many dangers of cooking with oil. Not only can It catch on fire but also is unhealthy for you. There are so many oils that are unhealthy for you, but not all are. Oils can cause many health problems such as causing your blood to slow down, depressed immune system, stack up inside arteries, damage your blood vessels and this also contributes to insulin resistance. Many say that that oils are very harmful, I agree with this because oils contain large amounts of fats called omega – 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Olive oil and canola oil are the most monounsaturated fats in the world avoid using Soybean oil, Canola oil, Corn oil, Cottonseed oil, Sunflower oil, Peanut oil, Sesame oil, Rice Bran oil these oils are considered the worst. Once you heat up the oils it releases high concentrations of chemicals.These chemicals are called Aldehydes and they have been linked to illnesses. These also include cancer, heart disease and dementia. The fatty acid levels cause imbalance in the body and a whole bunch of problems. Some problems have to do with inflammation another disease this might cause  is Cardiovascular Disease. Once an oil passes its smoke point which is 320 Fahrenheit to 420 Fahrenheit depends on the oil, it lets out toxic fumes and radicals. Which are extremely harmful once it reaches its smoke point you will see that the oil has started to decompose. This not only affects the food’s flavor, but also causes cancer – causing compounds. Scientists are saying that olive oil is also unhealthy this also lets out toxic when it is heated. Many think it is healthier than butter ,but it’s not healthier than butter. Those are some reasons why cooking your food with oil is bad for your body. Also that oil can cause many things to happen to your body.
